- Specification: At whatever stage your plans- one of our highly trained sales people at Rainwater Harvesting Ltd would be delighted to talk through each stage of the process and explain all the options available. After, we can write a complete specification have decided what sort of system would suit you best. Including full technical help in respect of tank type, tank location, invert levels and management systems.
- Tank size calculation: We are always very keen to do the best job for you and this includes checking the storage tank size against the new British standard for rainwater harvesting BS 8515/2009. Using the tank size calculator will provide you with a printout showing the data from which the tank size is drawn. This can be used to satisfy the Code for Sustainable Homes and the BREEAM calculations.
- Compliance: Note that if your building is being assessed for the Code for Sustainable Homes or BREEAM we cannot give you complete calculations because many of the appliances (in this case toilets and washing machines) vary in water usage from site to site. All our products are conceived and manufactured to BS 8515 - 2009 and WRAS standards including the A-A and A-B air gaps required. Our Rain Director® system is fully WRAS approved.
- Quotation: We can afford to offer low, low prices as we manufacture the main components such as the Pump and management system on site. As the UK’s largest stockholder of Rainwater harvesting tanks our buying power means saving being passed on to you.
- Professional purchasing service: Our dedicated accounts team can quickly set up trade accounts with credit terms. Please let our sales team know what your requirements are, and we will do our best to facilitate.
- Installation services: Although primarily a supply company, our services does not stop after your system has been delivered. We have a dedicated full time technical support team who can give in depth, professional advice regarding the soakaway, flood attenuation, hole size, internal options and fittings, maintenance, incentives and regulations.
- On-site services: Included in the price for most major developments, or avalible upon request. On site consultation, and site surveys and commissioning visits can be arranged.
- Delivery: shipping of complete tank systems to mainland Britain is free of charge, usually by our trucks. As we hold large quantities of stock, we can often deliver within 2 to 3 working days of order.
Ongoing support
We aim to provide professional support over the lifetime of your rainwater harvesting system.
All system have been designed so maintenance is kept to a minimum. All systems come with full instructions on how to keep your systems running
